Fallen Trees, The Forest
There are still hundreds of fallen tree trunks in this thick woodland - all lying in the same SW-NE direction. They are still evidence of the great "Surrey Hurricane" of 16th October 1987. The Horsley Jubilee Trail crosses this photograph from left to right.
