Old London Road and Effingham Common
This track was obviously once a more significant thoroughfare. The bridge also provides access to Effingham Common. This is a Registered Common with open grassland, mixed broadleaf ancient semi-natural woodland; predominantly oak, improved pasture, arable land and ponds; the total area is 32 hectares.

Hooke Common
Hooke Common is the southernmost section of Effingham Common. The Registered Common was purchased for public use by the Guildford Borough Council in about 2002. The view is along bridleway 131 which joins up with the Old London Lane at the junction of the two groups of trees.
