Manor Farm Tithe Barn
Barn reputed to date from the 15th Century, unusual in Surrey as being a double barn. Although described as a tithe barn, it is thought more properly to have been the main barn for the various farms owned by the local lord of the manor. Form 1775 to 1847, the rector of All Saints Church was also lord of the manor, which may explain how it came to become the tithe barn too. Disuse led to it falling into disrepair but it was restored in 2013-4. Grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1191338.

Manor House School
Mid 18th Century manor house built by the Pollen family, Lords of the Manor of Little Bookham. It was extended and remodelled around 1800. In 1927 it was gutted by fire, but was restored and redesigned by the architect Baillie Scott. Following the death of the last Henry Willock-Pollen in 1934, the estate was split up and sold, with the house being purchased in 1936 by a Miss Elizabeth Green. Miss Green had started a school in Sidmouth in 1920, moved to a rented wing of Mickleham Hall between Dorking and Leatherhead in 1931, but was now looking for larger premises, and her school moved to the Manor House in 1937, appropriately renamed Manor House School. Grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1293402.
