St. Ebba's Hospital redevelopment
Originally known as Ewell Epileptic Colony, St. Ebba's now cares for patients with mental illnesses. With changes to mental health services, most of the buildings are now considered surplus to requirements and are being demolished. The tower and one or two original buildings will be retained.

Boarded buildings, Chessington Road
The house to the rear may be the sole survivor in original form of a group of houses extending to the west along Chessington Road. The near building has a shop front, and is built in the front garden of the rear house. They are on the corner of Plough Road, which takes its name from a beer house that was behind these buildings to the right.
