Gipsy caravan (or showman's van?) parked in woodland
Parked in private grounds near Oyster Hill. The photo was taken in early April - once the leaves come out the van will be pretty much concealed from the public footpath. The vehicle's design - with its awnings and external framing - seems to suggest gipsy origins. But it seems to be windowless - so was it perhaps the van of a fairground showman? One detail I noticed was that the wheels are of iron or steel - not the wheelwright's traditional oak, ash and elm: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3111633
