Nonsuch Park: where was Nonsuch Palace?
Different maps give differing suggestions as to where the site of the palace was. A lot of the stonework reappeared in a house in Epsom which was in turn demolished following a fire. This whole park seems remarkably understated, as though its history is to be forgotten. Excavations have taken place in the park and there is a marker to show where the palace was. The palace was never finished.

Nonsuch Park, near the Banqueting House
Junction of footpaths in the woods near the site of the Banqueting House. The London Loop path turns right here (signposted). The pillar is one of several marking the remains of Nonsuch Palace: this one points towards the Banqueting House.

Suburbia on the edges of Nonsuch Park, a historic green space which once housed Cuddington village and Nonsuch Palace. The local street names have royal connections.
