These are on a small triangular green between Manor Road North and Claygate Lane. It was school out time from Hinchley Wood School, hence all the schoolchildren.

LCGB Rail Tour returning to London, north of Hinchley Wood
The Locomotive Club of Great Britain special is headed by two Bulleid wartime SR 0-6-0s, Nos. 33027 (built 7/42 as No. C27 - and "renumbered" to C27 for the occasion - withdrawn 1/66) and 33006 (built 6/42 as No. C6, withdrawn 1/66). The train is on the Up loop from the Guildford New line to the ex-LSW main line at Hampton Court Junction.

Daffodils next to Claygate Lane
These daffodils are on a small patch of green between Manor Road North and Claygate Lane. Claygate Lane lies ahead and round the corner it passes under three railway bridges - firstly the branch to Hinchley Wood, then the wider bridge for the main line between Surbiton and Esher and finally the branch to Thames Ditton and Hampton Court.
