Blackwaterfoot: the post office
The post office and general store is a little up the hill from the middle of the village. There is a postbox; it is behind the white van.

Bridge and hotel, Blackwaterfoot
As the name of the village is Blackwaterfoot, it will come as no surprise that the little river seen here is the Black Water. The bridge carries Arran's coastal road over the water, with the Best Western Kinloch hotel in the background.

Blackwaterfoot: phone box and sea view
This telephone box provides a foreground feature for a fine view across the sea to the Kintyre peninsula from the main road as it drops down into Blackwaterfoot village.
