The business has been in existence for four years, but without its own retail operation. The bakery has now relocated part of the former Skye Wool Mill, where it is joined by a shop and a cafe.

Located in Struan Road. The nearer white building is the premises of Harbro Country Store, which supplies animal feeds and agricultural materials. Beyond, the brown building is Howdens Joinery, which supplies kitchens and joinery products.

Opened in 1880, the Skye Wool Mill was a part of the Pringle empire for many years. As well as producing 'Skye tartan', it had a coffee shop and knitwear shop on site to cater for visitors. Now derelict.
