Raasay Community Hall
The new hall under construction in Inverarish. It is a two storey building, set back into the slope so that each floor it is accessible from outside ground level. The front is glassed, looking out to the big view across the Sound of Raasay towards Skye.

Free Presbyterian Church, Inverarish, Raasay
In 1893, under the leadership of Rev. Donald MacFarlane (1834-1926) Raasay became one of the first congregations of Free Presbyterian Church.

Raasay Community Hall
The building was completed in 2009 after some delays in its two-year construction. The building is designed to be energy efficient and heating is from a ground-source heat pump with under-floor heating and a heat-recovery ventilation system. The double-glazed glass front can open up on summer days and be screened off to minimise glare and provide black-out for film nights during the summer. The side walls are timber clad using local larch timber.
