Clachnaharry railway station (site), Highland
Opened in 1862 on the Highland Railway's line from Inverness to Dingwall, this station closed in 1913 to passengers.
View west towards Bunchrew and Dingwall. All traces of the platform have gone, but remarkably the station footbridge survives.

Midland Pullman, passing Clachnaharry
The Midland Pullman is a restored Class 43 HST, now in a blue livery.
This was a tour from London to Inverness, then a day trip to Kyle of Lochalsh and back. It is the first time a HST has travelled on this line.
It was passing through Clachnaharry, under the footbridge then the A862 road bridge.
