Runmerry
The name of this farm has always amused me, but I have been unable, so far, to find out what its origin is. It has a large traditional stone steading.

Drystane Dyke
The occasional stone standing proud of the top of the dyke, with a notched upper edge, suggests that this dyke was built to incorporate a strand of wire, long since vanished.
