Gardens at Hopeman
On the path passing the East Bay sands are gardens with these dolphin figures. Dolphins are sometimes seen in the Moray Firth, notably by Chanonry Point. Beyond is the harbour wall. http://www.geo.ed.ac.uk/scotgaz/towns/townfirst216.html

The Old Salt Gathering Place ?
… where sailors of yesteryear recount their adventures and tell tall tails. I presume this is the harbourmaster's office - a small one-room building overlooking the harbour. There is a funeral notice in the window.
