The Seaboard Centre
The Seaboard Centre, also known as the Seaboard Memorial Hall opened in July 2002, replacing an earlier hall that had opened in 1958. It is a community run hall providing facilities and services to the local community. See [http://www.seaboardcentre.com/].

Associated Presbyterian Church, Hilton
The church's congregation meets in two places - Hilton and Tain [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5556221]. on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month they meet in Tain in the morning and in Hilton in the evening. On the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month they meet in Hilton in the morning and Tain in the evening.

Highland Council's mobile library in the car park beside the Seaboard Memorial Hall in Balintore. The library visits the Seaboard villages every third Thursday. The librarian had stopped for lunch in the hall, having finished the morning stops in the area.
