This building is situated on the corner of Gladstone Avenue and Fingal Road, in a largely residential area of Dingwall. It looks like the signs outside the Gospel Hall have been removed, I am not sure if it is still in use.

George Gordon's Gift
This fountain was gifted to Dingwall by George Gordon in memory of his wife, Margaret Dewar, who was a native of the town. In true Scots God-fearing spirit, passers-by are encouraged to DREAD GOD.
