Dingwall Engine Shed, with locomotive
View NW, just south of Dingwall Station on the ex-Highland Inverness - Wick (Far North) line and junction for the line to Kyle of Lochalsh. The locomotive is ex-Caledonian Pickersgill 3P 4-4-0 No. 54471.

Vacant plot, Station Road
The former premises of Dingwall Car Valley have been demolished, leaving this empty plot in Station Road. Permission was granted in August 2021 for the erection of 20 affordable flats on the site.
The building beyond is Wyvis House care home.

Cambrai House, Station Road
Built 1879 as bonded warehousing for the Ben Wyvis distillery. The building was derelict by the 1980s, but at least in part has now been converted into housing.

Derelict houses in Station Road
This row of houses in Station Road, Dingwall has stood empty and derelict for many years. A planning application for conversion into ten flats was granted in 2010, but there is no evidence of any new building work ever being undertaken.

Spootie Well, Dingwall
Located in Station Road, and looking a little unloved on a wet and windy day in February, the Spootie Well is a spring-fed water trough for horses, and dates from the 18th century.
