Edwardian houses on Papermill Lane, Claydon
These semi-detached houses were built on Papermill Lane on the edge of Claydon in the early 1900s. They are now separated from the village by the construction of the A14 dual carriageway.

Claydon Vicinity IP6, Suffolk.
The construction of the A14 led to the bisection of Paper Mill Lane's northerly end, with the Claydon village section of it now being on the other side of the dual carriageway. This is a view of the last few hundred yards of the non-Claydon village section of Paper Mill Lane just before the point at which it joins the A14/B1113 roundabout. On the right, opposite this hen farm, is the service road that serves the Claydon "Premier Inn" motel.
