'The Winerack', Ipswich
The tall building has remained incomplete since 2008, when the developers went bust. It has since become known locally as 'The Winerack', for obvious reasons. Early in 2017 there was report that money had become available to complete it, but on this November visit there was no sign that this was happening. A January 2018 start is mooted, we shall see.
