Ipswich IP4, Suffolk.
The Old Custom House on Common Quay. It was designed by a local architect, a Mr J.M. Clark, for the Corporation of Ipswich. These newer premises (now known as the "Old Custom House") were completed in 1845. The current occupants of this building are Associated British Ports Holdings Ltd., who own and operate 21 ports in the United Kingdom, including this one. Beyond this Grade II-listed building is Waterfront House, a former barley warehouse.
