New illuminated signs, linked by fibre optic cables, are being installed at very regular intervals along this trunk road.

New gates, but still unused
Someone has spent a lot of money on this new fence and gates, but there is no sign of any vehicle ever disturbing the ground on this side, even during the construction. The access to this side is along a dirt track.
