Platform scene at Ipswich station, 2006
View northward of Platforms 2/3 from an Up train. All very 'modern' on a major ex-GE main-line station of 1860, including the Class 66 Freightliner Diesel in the siding waiting to take over a Felixstowe Port freight - and the 'Unisex' person on the seat.

Princes Street Bridge, Ipswich
Photo taken from the Gipping Valley River Path. The concrete bridge was erected in 1927 and replaced one of wood and iron erected in 1860 when the road was first opened.

Ipswich railway station
On the last day of tier 4 (national lockdown) before we went into the Steps Regulations. As of writing England is now in Step 3 though there are concerns about lineage B.1.617 (the Indian variant) for easing completely on 21 June.
