Graves of Czech and Polish airmen at East Wretham
Of the 14 buried, 12 were Czech aircrew and two Polish, all of whom flew from East Wretham and Honington airfields during the Second World War.

Headstone to Mieczyslaw SIEPRAWSKI
Mieczyslaw SIEPRAWSKI of the Polish Resettlement Corps was buried in West Tofts churchyard but is remembered here at East Wretham because his grave has been lost.
West Tofts churchyard is within the STANTA Battlefield area and can only be visited by arrangement with the Commanding Officer.

Headstone to Maxmilian STOCEK
Maxmilian STOCEK of Czechoslovakia was a Sergeant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve 311 (Czech) Sqdn. He died aged 22 on 25th May 1941.
The design of the headstone is unique to Czechoslovakian Forces.
