Jimmy's cottage - the kitchen
'Mr Golliwog' token on a Robertson's marmalade jar. Despite much criticism during the 1960s and '70s, Robertson's changed their logo's name to 'Golly' and continued to use their mascot on product labels, price lists and advertising material. Jimmy's cottage - peeling paint and wallpaper
Opened up to the elements, rainwater has trickled in through gaps in the roof, resulting in rotting upstairs floors and dampness throughout the house which in turn has caused wallpaper and paint to peel.
