St Margaret's church
The church of St. Margaret's - it is located on an elevation overlooking the Beck and the main street, called The Street - dates from circa 1300 although evidence of an earlier building is present. The tower and chancel were built in the 15th century and are in the perpendicular style. The church is kept open on Saturday mornings during the summer months and a key is available at any other time.
