According to the OS benchmark database there was a cutmark on the east face of the property. The owners were present when I was looking and they confirmed that when they bought the property some of the exterior brickwork was renewed because of damage. There is no benchmark on the property today, and they acknowledge that the new bricks have replaced the area where the benchmark is likely to have been.
