50 Fairfield Road, Saxmundham, 1928
We are not sure exactly when the house was built, but the land was sold for development around 1895. The amount of wear on the steps in just 30 years or so is a surprise. Of course the railings went in the second world war. This photo is clearly dated (month and year) on the back. The house is still in the same family but the number has changed.
