Unused land off Picton Avenue, Ipswich
A plot of wild land only a few yards from the busy and built-up Ipswich ring road (The A1214). It has some well worn paths which I guess are created by dog walkers, though I did not meet any.

Interesting topiary on Ipswich ring road
A most unusual hedge at this house on the corner of the ring road and Picton Avenue, which turns out to be pretty disappointing as an avenue - a dead end two houses long with no trees. However it does end in a piece of unused land, so maybe the road was never finished.

Empty site beside Ipswich ring road
Ipswich ring road basically consists of a road through a continuous ribbon of suburbia, but there is this one neatly fenced site, big enough for a few houses, which contains only grass and some rubble piles.

Mystery fence hole, sports ground off Ipswich ring road
Giant cat flap?
Or did a carpenter break in by cutting a perfectly square hole?
