Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Earl Stonham
Much of the building dates back to the mid 14th and early 16th Century, with some 13th Century elements. It has a cruciform layout without side aisles and is a Grade I Listed Building.

St. Mary's church at Earl Stonham
This is a cruciform church, although it has no crossing tower, built in the 13th century and enlarged in the 15th. Its glory is the magnificent hammerbeam roof, one of the finest in the country. There is also a fine 15th century font.
