Finningham village sign
The sign shows six different aspects of the village. Top left to right, is a Chinese water deer, now common the to area, then the church of St. Bartholomew and the River Dove which flows to the north of the parish.
Bottom left is a tractor and plough representing the agricultural nature of the village followed by a white horse, representative of the nearby public house.
Centre bottom are two leopard's faces between 2 flanches gules and represent Constantine Frere (1817–1905), Rector of Finningham.
