Combs Tannery - grasshopper beam engine
Built 1851 by W P Wilkins of Ipswich. Actually sits on top of the boiler setting - most unusual. It had a new cylinder in 1904 and the old one was lying nearby (right hand edge of picture).
This engine is now in store at the Museum of East Anglian Life.
