The War Memorial Gates to the Recreation Ground
The plaques either side of, and on, the gates bear the names of the men of Stowmarket who went to war and never returned.
Inside the recreation ground is a drinking fountain http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4505758 dedicated to the Old Scholars of the adjacent school.
