High Road, Trimley St Mary
Faulkeners Way leads off to the right at this mini-roundabout. Both Trimley St Mary and Trimley St Martin are by-passed by the modern A14 so that port traffic does not have to come this way.

The Avenue, Trimley St Mary
In many ways, Trimley St Mary is an anonymous suburb of Felixstowe tucked between the railway and the A14 either side of High Road. The Avenue, however, is a leafy established area with some fine villas including this semi-detached house of the late Victorian or Edwardian period.

Trimley St Mary village sign
The sign simply depicts a horse pulling a carrier's wagon with the driver standing in the cart. It was erected for the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977.
