Western portal of Sowerby Long Bridge
"Long" only because the road crosses the canal on a skew angle. It date from 1798 and is listed grade II (List entry 1313719). There is a towpath under the bridge, but being narrow and uneven, pedestrians and especially cyclists are encouraged to go over the top instead.
