Supported living on Northowram Green
This appears to be infill development adjacent to the former Yew Tree pub. From Calderdale's planning portal it comprises '8 one bedroom supported living apartments' (Planning application 19/00420/FUL).

The former Yew Tree pub, Northowram Green
I remember this as a pub from the 1980s, and it was still open as such in 2007 Image According to closedpubs.co.uk "the pub has been traced back to 1770" but closed in 2018. If this is the original C18 building, then it is surprising that it is not listed. From Calderdale's planning portal it was converted to two supported living apartments (application 18/01153/FUL).
The mini-roundabout in the foreground is also recent, probably introduced as part of the redevelopment of the nearby hospital site as a housing estate which will have increased traffic volumes in the area.
