Stone flags on Halifax FP145
This was evidently an important path long ago, but does not seem to lead directly to anywhere in particular. It could be used to reach Cat Well Bridge from Wainstalls without passing New Mill.

The mill is now a rather impressive apartment block. There is a public footpath up steps between the two buildings, but most people would probably prefer the alternative footpath up the driveway.
