The eastern aspect of the Springs Court development https://www.mccarthyandstone.co.uk/retirement-properties-for-sale/springs-court-cottingham/ for people aged 70-plus, by McCarthy & Stone. The buildings are on part of the site once occupied by the University of Hull's Needler Hall hall of residence, which was demolished in 2017. Most of the rest of the site is now the Aldi supermarket and its adjoining car park.
