Anlaby House, Anlaby
The rear, southerly aspect of the late 18th century mansion, seen from the part of the grounds now a small area of wood/parkland accessible from Beverley Road. For a view of the front, see Image Anlaby House was originally built for Hull merchant John Boyes. In 1936 it became council premises for Haltemprice Urban District Council. From 1974 it was Beverley Borough Council offices, then East Riding of Yorkshire Council sold it in 1999. After standing empty for five years it was converted into luxury apartments.

Anlaby House
This listed building was originally built around 1796 for John Boyes, a Hull merchant. In 1935 it was acquired for use as offices by the former Haltemprice Urban District Council, and later its successor Beverley Borough Council. East Riding of Yorkshire Council sold it in 1999 and it suffered a degree of dereliction before its current conversion into luxury serviced apartments.

Wilson Street, Anlaby, Yorkshire
Facing Hull Road, a terrace of shops at Nos.1 to 11 Wilson Street. A subsequent extension has been built at the left, numbered No.1A. In 1911, the terrace comprised private houses, with the exception of Nos.9 & 11, being a grocer's shop and house.
