Carved stone post by the A438, in parish of Ledbury (District), Hereford Road; 50m East of the A438 roundabout, on embankment, on North side of road. Ledbury stone, erected by the Ledbury turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Bridge crossing a former canal
When the railway line was built the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire Canal passed under this arch. It took many years to complete this canal, it finally reached Hereford in 1845, little more than ten years before the railway reach the city.
