The Royal George in Lyonshall closed in 2012. According to the Hereford Times in July 2017 there are plans to refurbish and reopen this pub.

Lyonshall
Approaching the centre of a large scattered village. Typical Herefordshire architecture. Timber framed houses are still built, it's an important industry in this area, and there are some modern examples near by.
