Chickward Farm
An ancient Yew sits beside one of the few buildings in the hamlet of Chickward. Documents record Chickward back in the 10th Century and the area is full of earthworks but alas no investigation has been carried out to date. Metal detecting finds have found coins back to the 12th century.
