Church Farmhouse (Moreton on Lugg)
Not sure what this building is called although one of the neighbours to St. Andrew's church is called Church Farmhouse, so I suspect this building could be Church Farmhouse.

Warning sign by A49 near Moreton on Lugg
The road on the left (Moreton Road) is part of the Three Rivers Ride; here that trail follows the A49 for a short distance, and then leads eastwards. This may be the reason for the warning, though (obviously) pedestrians (on the sign) are not horse riders.

St Andrew, Moreton on Lugg
The high altar. Mosaics by Salviati, 1887. They also provided the East Window. The local tile manufacturer William Godwin of Lugwardine provided the sumptuous pavement around the altar.

St Andrew, Moreton on Lugg
Expensively reordered by W.H. Knight in 1865-7 at the expense of local landowner Thomas Evans. In the village centre, at the heart of the community. The ordinary exterior belies the splendour within. The chancel mosaics by Salviati of Venice(1887) are major works of Victorian art and were also provided courtesy of the Evans family of the long demolished Moreton Court. Harriet Evans funded the work as a memorial to her late husband Thomas.
