Church of St Peter & St Cynidr, Glasbury
The Church in Wales church is located on the east side of the A438, at the southern edge of Glasbury, near the Three Cocks boundary. The church dates from 1837, though Glasbury's connection with St Cynidr dates from many centuries earlier. The Lives of the British Saints states that the 6th century St Cynidr is buried in Glasbury. Another source states that the beginnings of Glasbury were around a church dedicated to the saint.
