Not road fuel pumps, Broad Oak
These two red Murco pumps in Broak Oak Garage http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3729480 do not dispense road fuel. The one on the left contains heating oil (kerosene). The one of the right contains gas oil (red diesel). Both pumps bear a yellow label showing NOT TO BE USED AS ROAD FUEL.

Tour of Britain, Broad Oak
This is the final stage of the Tour of Britain 2017. The stage ran from Worcester to Cardiff, 180.2 km (112 mi). The stage winner was Edvald Boasson Hagen whilst Lars Boom went on to win the race.
The photo is at Broad Oak garage and the riders will descend the hill into Wales.
