Stoke Edith Station & Level Crossing
Although much closer to Tarrington, the station was named after the largest local estate. The original station house survives and the old crossing gates, replaced in 1972, are now used for the house's access. The station was a typical rural affair, doomed as soon as the main roads were sealed with tarmac and more convenient bus and lorry transport arrived after World War One, though it staggered on for passenger traffic until 1965.

Stoke Edith Station & Goods Shed
Looking west from the level crossing, Before 1984 when the line was singled a signalbox would have stood where a large tree now thrusts. The goods shed is a 2004 reconstruction of the original, part of a collection of railway artefacts held privately at the former station.

Farm Warehouse At Stoke Edith
This large structure was used to ship fruit and other produce by rail, using a private siding situated immediately east of the level crossing. Although the siding lasted until the 1960s, most traffic went over to road traffic in the 1950s.
