St. James' Church (Ocle Pychard)
This 14th century church at Ocle Pychard is dedicated to St. James the Great, and this church was restored with major additions from the 1860's to 1870's, including the spire on top of the bell tower by William Chick. The roof on the main body of the church really impressed me, and this was listed as one of the reasons why this church is grade 2* listed. In the foreground is a lay-by that is the car-park for this church.

Lychgate at St. James' Church (Ocle Pychard)
This Victorian lychgate at the entrance to St. James' church in Ocle Pychard was built in 1883 by the widow of Walter Wilmot Hill, a local priest; this was built in his memory.

Lychgate at St. James church (Ocle Pychard)
The south lychgate to Ocle Pychard parish church is Victorian, built in memory of local priest Walter Wilmot Hill in 1883.
