Georgian Beaconsfield
Historic brick buildings with attractive doorways. These are on the northern side of the old main street, the former main road between London and Oxford.

Old Habits Die Hard
Beaconsfield has a long tradition of furniture industry, including the "Windsor Chair" made from Chiltern beech. Here on the tree-lined main road through the old town is a modern shop selling "period furniture".
