The memorial, which is of a rather unusual design, is at the north eastern end of Chesham Bois Common. Some yew trees have recently been planted to provide a backdrop. To the right is North Road.

Taken in Woodside Road, this Church has Morning Service every Sunday at 10.30am with Crèche and Junior Church (Holy Communion 1st and 3rd Sundays each month). Amersham Free Church (1)
Situated in Woodside Road at the corner with Sycamore Road, this Church dates from August 1911, and has an ecumenical congregation comprising Baptist, United Reformed and other Christians, with strong Church of Scotland connections. They are in partnership with St John's (Methodists) and St Michael's (C of E) in the Amersham-on-the-Hill Churches covenant.
