Grand Union Canal in Berkhamsted
On the day there was an extremely serious angling competition in progress all the way along the canal from Northchurch to Berkhamsted, and some of the participants can be seen on the opposite bank. I tell you, some of these guys had rods that stretched right across the water, but I think it was a win for the fish on the day, as I did not see one caught in half an hour of walking...!
