Silk Mill Way, Tring
A brook emerges from a culvert here overlooked by modern houses and protected by a concrete retaining wall. The brook rises in Tring Park and was a tributary of the River Thame; in 1799 it was diverted to become a feeder to the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal.
