The Chandos Arms, Weston Turville
A pub in the Charles Wells estate.
Chandos is a title which crops up from time to time in the British Peerage, and also in pub and street names in various places.
One such title, now ceased, was the Duke of Buckingham and Chandos, which, this being Buckinghamshire, may explain the pub name in this case.
It's not clear where Chandos is, if anywhere.

Road restriction on Main Street, Weston Turville
Using cost-benefit analysis these lane blockages appear to have a zero result on the positive. It only needs one person to try and get through first to cause a potentially fatal accident.
